You may want to add, change or remove your credit card if you receive a replacement or get a new card. If your card has been removed or cannot be charged, your subscription to Wedding Connected will be cancelled or placed on hold until a new payment method is added.

To Add a Credit Card:

Step 1Click here to visit the ‘Billing Details’ page. You will be asked to login if you are not already.
Step 2 – To add a credit card click the ‘Add Credit Card’ button.
Step 3 – Enter all of your credit card details: First Name, Last Name, Card Number, Expiry Date & CVC Code (3 Digits on Back of Card).
Step 4 – Click ‘Save Credit Card & Continue’.
Step 5 – Success, your credit card has now been added.

 

To Update Credit Card Details:

Step 1Click here to visit the ‘Billing Details’ page. You will be asked to login if you are not already.
Step 2 – Click ‘Update’.
Step 3 – Enter new credit card details: First Name, Last Name, Card Number, Expiry Date & CVC Code (3 Digits on Back of Card).
Step 4 – Click ‘Save Credit Card & Continue’.
Step 5 – Success, your credit card has now been changed.

 

To Remove Your Credit Card:

Step 1Click here to visit the ‘Billing Details’ page. You will be asked to login if you are not already.
Step 2 – Click ‘Clear’.
Step 3 – Confirm you want to delete your credit card by clicking ‘Yes, clear credit card’ on the popup confirmation box.
Step 4 – Success, your credit card has now been removed.
